Very comfortable. Nice place to stay. Very comfortable rooms with a kitchen ready to use.

Great value for the price. I had to work long days with little time left after hours. The room was large with everything I needed to stay put. Good internet connection, although I had to pay extra for it. Great shower. Would have been even better if it was a little cleaner.

Homestead Suites, Marlborough, MA Homestead was good, though other Extended Stay locations are nicer and less expensive. The place was rather hard to find because it is not readily visible from the street. The hotel is in a nice area, close to shopping and key software employer sites.

if i could rate this hotel 0 stars i would. do NOT stay here unless you want to be disrespected or have bloody sheets. i have been trying to get into contact with someone at this location and no one is answering the phone or emails.. Very unprofessional and annoying as this has been going on since august 19th.. First off the front desk woman was rude as well as the manager on site. The room was musty, stinky and we felt unclean staying in that room. Would not go back and when I told the staff at checkout, they were just like "okay".

Wish I spent $20 more to stay somewhere else The hotel was just over all not very clean, lots of dirt in corners just not cleaned properly. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet in our room it felt VERY grimey on our feet. The bed didn’t have any skirt just a bare mattress box spring , there was a hole in the wall that was repaired but never re painted so it was just a fresh (not fresh) spackle patch. Failed to give me a room through Expedia after paying and stating on Expedia website that a room was available
