The room was musty, stinky and we felt unclean staying in that room. Would not go back and when I told the staff at checkout, they were just like "okay".

Wish I spent $20 more to stay somewhere else The hotel was just over all not very clean, lots of dirt in corners just not cleaned properly. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet in our room it felt VERY grimey on our feet. The bed didn’t have any skirt just a bare mattress box spring , there was a hole in the wall that was repaired but never re painted so it was just a fresh (not fresh) spackle patch. Staffed and run by idiots and morons When I arrive, I had to wait for the gentleman working the desk to stop flirting with a woman before he finally served me. Then he finally gives me a key to my room. I go to my room, open it, and walk in on a person cooking their dinner. I go back to the front desk, and the gentleman is no longer there, but a woman who appears to be his superior has now taken over. Horrible service and stay. Not worth it Arrived at 10pm to check in and room was not ready. Apparently they gave our room to another guest who was not happy with theirs. So we had to wait for them to clean it before we could check in. An hour later, once in the room, the floor was sticky and unclean. Room dingy and creepy. Kept our shoes on the whole stay. Stayed 2 nights instead of 3. They approved to refund us our 3rd night. But since I booked through a 3rd party, they have been unreachable. It’s been 2 weeks.

Garbage bags in hallway for 2 days, 1 elevator didn't work, room, hallways, hotel in general had many cracks, worn out looking, paint peeling, total mess in some areas

Angel at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel was very dirty and needed a lot of upgrade.
