Staffed and run by idiots and morons When I arrive, I had to wait for the gentleman working the desk to stop flirting with a woman before he finally served me. Then he finally gives me a key to my room. I go to my room, open it, and walk in on a person cooking their dinner. I go back to the front desk, and the gentleman is no longer there, but a woman who appears to be his superior has now taken over. Horrible service and stay. Not worth it Arrived at 10pm to check in and room was not ready. Apparently they gave our room to another guest who was not happy with theirs. So we had to wait for them to clean it before we could check in. An hour later, once in the room, the floor was sticky and unclean. Room dingy and creepy. Kept our shoes on the whole stay. Stayed 2 nights instead of 3. They approved to refund us our 3rd night. But since I booked through a 3rd party, they have been unreachable. It’s been 2 weeks.

Garbage bags in hallway for 2 days, 1 elevator didn't work, room, hallways, hotel in general had many cracks, worn out looking, paint peeling, total mess in some areas

Angel at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel was very dirty and needed a lot of upgrade.

This property needs to be cleaned. The room smelled like smoke water on the floor when we walked in. Damnp and musty smelling.

The property appears as a shelter more than a hotel. The smell in the room was bad. Very musty if I wasn’t so exhausted I would have checked out early. Would never stay here again.

Disgusting - 0 Stars if possible. Smelled awful, in the room and hallways - Like cigarette smoke, horrible mixture of food, etc.. The room was beyond dirty - the floor, our shoes stuck to it. As if someone dropped a bunch of soda on the floor and never cleaned up. The bathroom looked like it never saw a cleaning product. We literally checked in and checked out.
