Very comfortable. Nice place to stay. Very comfortable rooms with a kitchen ready to use.

Great value for the price. I had to work long days with little time left after hours. The room was large with everything I needed to stay put. Good internet connection, although I had to pay extra for it. Great shower. Would have been even better if it was a little cleaner.

Homestead Suites, Marlborough, MA Homestead was good, though other Extended Stay locations are nicer and less expensive. The place was rather hard to find because it is not readily visible from the street. The hotel is in a nice area, close to shopping and key software employer sites.

Room smelled like smoke. Couch in room was broken, holes in the walls, one elevator not working. Bathtub stained, outside in front of hotel was dirty with cigarette butts all over the ground.

The room was musty smelling. It was dirty. We turned on the heat to avoid sleeping under the blankets. I will pay the extra money and stay at the Best Western down the road next time. That place was much nicer and only a tad more expensive. The breakfast was a real breakfast. I will be avoiding this place.

There was a big broken peice on the bathroom door that wouldnt allow it to close aswell as stains in the carpet

Beds were clean. Furnitures were busted, broken but functional except the bathroom light. I did not use the kitchen but it looked fair. For my one ight stay, I made it work but I would not book this place for more than that ..

The room was smelly. Door cabinet missing. Shower head with no pressure. Location was great. I woudn't stay there again.
