First our keys were deactivated after only one night, they didn’t even bother to acknowledge this as a problem. Then the nose coming from upstairs was like someone was constantly dropping something.. and to top it off: fire alarm went off at twenty till 3 in an AM… management didn’t even bother to comment on this issue … and the place smells bad… also it looks like, the place hasn’t been updated since the 90s (it looks like a time capsule…) Overall: don’t recommend.

Some of the people staying there act like they ran away from reform school.

Quiet kinda It was cold, heat smelled like something was burning, had to shut off. No water pressure, could not wash my hair, shampoo would of been left behind. Run down tired stained room. Barking dogs, fighting neighbors. Long nighr.

Flies The staff tried to be accommodating however our first room had a distinct smell so they moved us. I was supposed to get two double deluxe suites with separate rooms in the suites - neither suite had this . Later we found in one of the rooms a constancy influx of flies over the next two days . It was very gross and unsettling .

Avoid this dump. I travel a lot. This was one of the worst hotels we've stayed in. Had my kids with me. We stuck it out but probably should have left. John at the front was nice and accomodating. But the hotel was a dump. Cigarette smoke smell everywhere. Lobby, hallways and room. Cigarette burns in the kitchen, bathroom and even the toilet seat. Mold all over the bathroom. Shaving hair in the sink. Finger nails on the bed table. Actual mattress smelled of urine. People partying and smoking weed at 3 am. Could not get out of... read more

Housing Service was not available. The bathroom wouldn’t flush properly and when we asked for assistance they gave us a plunger! You had to put the towels out but they never replaced them, so you had to track housekeeping down to get fresh towels. It appears that the hotel was used for extended stay for people that were homeless and we didn’t feel safe. The floor smelled like marijuana! They had signs all over the place that the hotel was not responsible fir items left in the car. Felt hotel was not safe.

I was offered the room as at a "corporate rate ". Of course it was a Holiday weekend with NO manager. Therefore, I was charged 119.00 for 2 nights. because i was checking in at 08:00 am as a NIGHT Shift RN. Plus 40.00 for early check-in. Then when was ASLEEP the 2nd day. I was called numerous times and told to leave by 11:00 am. I didnt work until 7PM. I had to go sleep in my car to have enough rest for my shift. OH, and the room smelled like WEED !!

The sofa bed in our first room was broken. We had to switch rooms late at night. The second room we were given smelled horribly of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The first morning, we walked out of the hotel to find opened, half emptied alcohol bottles just outside the front door. The second morning, in the exact same place, was someone's sports bra just sitting on the sidewalk. Not the best family friendly atmosphere to walk out to each morning.
