Our room was definitely not up to my clean and comfort standards and it smelled like weed 24/7 due to our neighbor. We have 2 small children that did not need to be around that at all and management would not help us.

This hotel seems like it’s running itself. There is barely a staff member in the building. The fire alarm went off in and fire Dept came to hotel to find no staff available. One gentleman who works the late night shift is rude to guests, and wears no mask for covid protection. This hotel is also a shelter, about 50 percent vacant for guests and other half for the homeless. Several people were doing drugs on staircase and hallways and the staff is aware and nothing is done. I booked the room through Hotels.com, when I arrived to check in the man at the front desk looked up my reservation and told me that they had no rooms left handed my ID back and did absolutely nothing for me

The first room we were given had a very pungent odor that of which I can only imagine a decaying body smelling. The second was not very clean and had hooks ripped off the walls and knobs ripped off of the light fixtures.

Under construction and a mess, no place to even sit for breakfast, only grab n go, Very limited selection.
