This was the last stop on a road trip for my husband and I and also the most expensive room along the way so I had high hopes. I was very disappointed to see that it was not cleaned properly. Crumbs all over the floor, spaghetti sauce on the wall, counters had a layer of grime on them. You can tell none of the chrome fixtures have been wiped because they had fingerprints all over them. The only thing that i liked about the property was the location. It was located near the events that I had planned. I didnt like anything else. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. The hotel smelled terrible, and my room was dirty. It smelled like feet and cigarettes. The bathroom door frame had brown stuff dripping down it. There was hair still in the shower and, under the lip of the shower wall (where it meets the tub), there was dirt and mold. Room I had was very out dated. I had curtain for for closet door. The carpets were heavily stained. A dirty rag feel out of the refrigerator when i opened it to place my items in it. The breakfast we coffee, pre-wrapped muffins and breakfast bar. That was it. No other selection. Would not recommend to a business traveler.

Stay anywhere else... This hotel has a number of families living there, which is fine but suggest separating the business or vacation travelers. The rooms were very outdated, refrigerator was old and dented, writing on counters, and even though an extended stay with kitchen there were no cups, utensils, etc. I had to ask for cups and was reluctantly given 2 for the room. There was no front desk person on duty, had to call to get him there. There were children running in the hallways.

The night clerk needs more training. It looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. It took about 20 minutes to check in. When we got to the room, the floors were sticky and there was a leaf bug on the fold out bed. There were no beddings for the fold out bed and the towel sets were incomplete. The spare pillows had no pillow cases.

Don’t stay here Property was run down. We opened the door to our room and it reeked of cigarette smell even though it was a nonsmoking room. Cigarette burns around bathroom sink confirmed this! Mattresses were extremely worn and innerspring would ‘creek’ when you moved. Really, really run down.

Not impressed for a suite, but okay overall. I rented a king room suite for the night. The room definitely needs to be updated the store was very old and there was no oven. There are not any utensils, dishes or a coffee maker in the room and you have to call downstairs to get anything. If it were a basic room it would’ve been OK. The bedroom was in decent shape, however, the bathtub took a few minutes to drain and under the kitchen cabinets had mold in them. I was not impressed for it being a suite, otherwise it was okay. The room was filthy. The carpet was stained. The pullout couch had stains and what appeared to be burn holes in it, which is strange because it was a non smoking room. The bed had hairs in it. Apparently, the sheets were not changed from the previous guests. We did not stay. Instead we drove 2 hours back home at midnight. I would highly recommend finding another place to stay.
