Overbooking We arrived close to midnight and already had a reservation. When we arrived, the hotel was actually over booked and had to find another place to stay for the night. We were driving from South Carolina so we were pretty tired.. The desk clerk, I believe joe, was unhelpful and did not offer to find another hotel or anything. He just seemed really confused and didn't know exactly what to do. On the plus side, the lobby was clean but that's all we could say because that's all we could see.

AWFUL! I will never stay in this hotel again. First, my boyfriend and I check in for our reserved "Queen Suite, NON SMOKING" room that we booked through Hotels.com. THe front desk guy was very rude and very unfriendly to my boyfriend and I . When we get up to our room it REEKS of cigarette smoke. We called down to the front desk 3 times to change rooms and no-one answered. At this point it was midnight and we had been on the road traveling all day so we just went to bed. EEK Horrible My husband had a horrible experience. I thought I booked him a hotel near the airport in Boston and it turned out to be 2 hours away with traffic. I called Expedia and the gal talked with the hotel and it was agreed to refund night 2 and 3. I was told the 2nd and 3rd nights were refunded. As of today the 17th we haven't seen the refund. Scott has never been so afraid as he was in this hotel and this area.

Don't bother Booked two rooms: one smelled pot and was freezing and the other one stunk humidity. Not so clean, rain was coming off one window. Staff was horrible! Not helpful at all. The socalles "continental breakfast" implied a few muffins in plastic bags, 2 oranges and coffee. No milk just coffeemate.

Lousy night sleep There was fans running outside my room the entire night. I spoke with the front desk twice and they said they would shut it off. They never did...I didn't sleep the whole night. The fans were still running the next morning when I left.

Worst place to stay Orignal reservation was 5 days but checked out on the second day due to poor room condition as well as odor in room. this hotel is mainly for truckers... stay away from it

Room The breakfast was terrible and the room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets even smelled like cigarettes.

Horrible cleanliness First "non-smoking" room reaked of smoke. Moved to another room and the sheets had not been changed on the bed. Had hairs in the bed and stains on the sheets. Had to put another sheet over the bed. Luckily we were only there for a few hours.
