They don’t allow cash payment and yet they didn’t say this on their website. They made me go back and forth for nearly 3 hours trying to buy a prepaid Visa card, which they ended up rejecting in the end! As a foreigner travellling for business, this was hell

Staff was friendly and attentive. But the room smelled moldy, bed was broken and when you showered it gave off a very loud whining noise. Room #305

The room was nice and cold, room was clean, the cleaning staff was very busy and very present. When we needed someone in the front desk there was never anyone there, otherwise all was fine. I would stay again considering there is a walmart next door.

I like the newness and cleanliness of the rooms. Coffee was not available until 8am out in the lobby. Although Woodsprings is surrounded by restaurants you can't gain access to them bc it sits on Interstate 1. There is no pedestrian bridge. They also failed to advise of the airport shuttle option.
