Super safe The hotel was extremely nice, comfortable and extra secure. You need your key every time you come in and out of the hotel. Guests guests, who go to the front door, cannot come in without a card. They don't just let anyone in. The only bad thing is their hours are 7 to 11pm, after that you have to wait for someone on call to come down to let you in. I waited about 20 minutes for someone. Customer service is great, employees are friendly.

Clean Modern Comfortable BUT Loud I would stay here again but not in any of the 30 series rooms. I was in 433. These rooms are on the end of the building directly facing Route. I ran the heater just for the extra noise to try to drown out the highway noise. Did not work. Bed very comfortable but did not sleep well because of the highway noise.

Worth every penny I had a short stay at WoodSpring Suites and was very impressed with their establishment. Very clean, quiet, and the amenities were great. I would definitely use them again

New but barely average The hotel is new but just ok. Front desk clerk was slow plus he photocopied my drivers license. I didn’t like that. He said it was policy. I said why. No answer. Hotel is right onthe highway and must be poorly built because road noise was a huge problem all night. Difficult to sleep. I would not stay there again because of this.
