Perfect for us. We were in town for 7 days, we checked in right around 3pm on monday and checked out the following monday am. The rooms were comfortable, clean and perfect for what we needed. They only do weekly housekeeping which is no problem for me, we just took towels down and swapped them at the desk for new ones and got a couple extra garbage bags for trash. Great value, on a budget My wife and I booked two rooms in this hotel, along with a couple friends. We used this as our base for driving in and out of Boston, Salem and the surrounding area on a week long vacation. We found it to be a great value for what we required out of a room (we were just sleeping and showering there, so it didn't need to be the Hilton). The staff were sparse, but friendly. We were a little worried at first when we received a call a few hours before our arrival that we did not have our original room reservation. But, when we got there they put us into a better room and were very apologetic and made every accommodation to better our stay.Thank you to the staff at WoodSpring Spring Suites Boston.

Boston College Orientation Trip Need to take care of residual pet odor. Also, inform prospective guest about policy of no maid service if staying less than seven days.

Tv loss of signal it was a cloudy day and raining and the tv would loss signal. No staff on from 11pm to 7am and we had to leave by 6am without checking out, we where told to leave keys on end table and never got a receipt for the night.
