We needed to stay in a hotel near our home for a few days and Extended Stay America was a good solution, clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price.

No frills, no bath tub stopper, thin walls Thought a "real" breakfast was included. The packets of oatmeal had run out, so sugary muffins and granola bars were all they had. Parking lot was not plowed after storm. Beds are pretty hard with sheets that felt rough. Comforter had cigarette burn holes. Good room darkening curtains and the upstairs noise did subside pretty early.
Rooms are comfortable and somewhat clean but you feel like you're home away from home
Nice hotel very cooperative staff I checked in on 1/31/17 for a 7 day stay with my children waiting for our apartment and when the apartment was ready early I received a refund very quick with no hesitation and it is a comfortable place if you have children the kitchen is a great amenity!!!!!!!!!
Good Budget for your dollar. Comfortable stay, would stay again.

ESA Tewksbury, on Rte. 133 Utilitarian hotel, clean, convenient to Rte. 495. Room was dull, but well-maintained. Elevator was out during our stay, which made it inconvenient for my 89-year-old mother-in-law. Quiet at night. Rooms were cleaned only once a week unless otherwise requested.
