Great friendly staff Before booking at Extended stay, you should know what you're getting yourself into. You're obviously not staying at the Waldorf Astoria so top of the line amenities are not available. At first we had problems with the bathroom and room order. Friendly staff was quick to fix it. Witnessed staff being willingly helpful towards guests in need.

Love how it’s like being in an apartment , definitely will rent again, and I️ can cook my own meals

Close to shopping Front desk wasn't clean. Check out no one to be found until a temp employee should up to find the front desk staff to sign us out. Sujest maybe have a bell to alert staff. No coffee in room the quest. Other then that it was ok. I put yes I would recommend the hotel cause it might be isolated only to this one place

Cleanliness Carpets stained in hallways, entry windows and counter dirty, overall nto that clean.

Great accommodations and area Enjoyed our stay in the area. I had gone there for training in a nearby town. Traffic is difficult at times due to close to 93 and 495. Happy overall.

Most of the staff were friendly. Room was big, but not vacuumed.
