They have switched policies over the years. Now instead of having dishes, silverware, etc in the room when you check in you have to request these items. I arrived at 7p.m. and didn't have so much as a cup in the room for over 24 hours. We've been staying here for over 15 years. Poor policy change. Overall; the room is comfortable and reasonably clean.

This hotel is best for a long time stay. Breakfast was minimal.
