Nice room. Friendly staff Hotel staff was very nice. Our room was not set up for our family and we had to ask for bedding and pillows for the pull out sofa. The so called grab and go Breakfast left much to be desired and could be done so much better with more options and drinks as there was only coffee and the a pay vending machine.

economy should still be functional Front desk attendant was not very helpful. was not customer service friendly. and had an attitude. Enjoyed telling us that we had to make the sofa bed and took excessively long to get us the linen. Toilet was not working; rather than wait for help or MOVE after we had already set up the bed, I fixed the bed. Also, advertising "free breakfast" is misleading. Coffee with NO milk, just artificial creamer, no juice, only muffins and instant oatmeal (and no milk or juice, etc) is not free breakf... read more

Great overnight stay ! Clean, friendly staff Had to take my daughter to Brandeis for new admissions day. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed full kitchenette. Will return for future visits
