Waiting in Waltham My only complaint was the check-in. We arrived at 10:30 pm on the busiest weekend of the year in the Boston area - graduation weekend - to a crowded lobby filled with people waiting to check in and were told that we might not have a room, although it was all paid for and confirmed. It seems that rooms were overbooked and some rooms that were empty had to be cleaned. We overheard that there weren't enough clean sheets and cleaning supplies. Al llegar muy amable la recepcion, pero despues de 5 hr de manejar, lo que necesitaba era descantar y tuvimos que esperar 3 hr para recibir la habitacion, porque el personal de limpieza se equivoco de numero de habitacion, con una bebe y una abuela, fue muy traumatico esperar todo ese tiempo.

No Breakfast The major thing that I objected to was breakfast. There really wasn't any. No Brewed Decaf and breakfast consisted of packaged stuff. I expected a small buffet.

Everyone we interacted with on the staff was friendly and nice. But it seemed they were either understaffed, or just not getting the job done. * First issue - it's quite confusing to have two Extended Stay America's next door to one another. Okay Overall, a good place to stay if you're on a business trip. On the first night, came back to a room that was not cleaned/ bed was not made.

I liked the cleanliness of the place, the staff was courteous and friendly. The noise from the refrigerator woke me up during the nights.
