Fast response from management Comfy beds and great shower. Fast response from management about cleanliness of hotel room. Thia is the area were they need to pay more attention to. Check in was slowish, but check out was quick. Fast access to/from I95.

We loved Nicole at the front desk when we got there on Friday August 16. She was so polite, sweet, bubbly, and helpful she made our check in so positive, after being in the car for 6 and not being able to get there to check in until 9:30.

The room was ok, the toilet was missing a device to flush. We had to reach into an opening in the top to flush it.

Good property, some good staff The stay itself was ok, I was only there for one night, so I wasn't really able to avail myself to the real advantages of this property, such as cooking implements, etc. What wasn't great was the check in experience, although the person who checked me in did a great job of fixing what someone before him had clearly screwed up. The property sits behind another Extended Stay America so it is a little confusing knowing which one to go to. The rooms were good sized and had all the amenities. The kitchen area was a little dated but sufficient. The lobby was rather non-welcoming. When you enter the property, there is no place to sit or put your bags. Friendly staff!!! The staff was very friendly which made up for the very basic furnishings and such.
