Propre, confortable. Pas de petit déjeuner correct. Juste des muffins sous sachet et des sachets de flocons d'avoine mais pas de lait. Tout cela se trouve dans le couloir, c'est le seul point négatif.

I like the location of the hotel. The staff had been very helpful. The only negative thing that I have to say about this hotel is that it is a little run down so to speak. Overall on a scale of 0 to 100, I would give my stay at the Extended Stay America Boston - Waltham 52 4th Ave location an 88 out of a 100.

Good Price and Location The Extended Stay America - Boston - Waltham - 52 4th Ave location (not to be confused with the other Extended Stay America which is literally right next door to it) was a pleasant stay. It's conveniently located off of Rt 95 / 128 and it's close to anything you might need to buy. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, everything in it worked and I was allowed to check-in early. Since I had no problems at all, I would definitely have to say I'd recommend this particular Extended Stay America.

would not be my first choice Check in was rough, rooms were not ready, seems they were short staffed. Room appeared orderly, but found dog food on floor. Hardwood floor had not been was washed.

Adequate for the night Hard to block out the light from the windows; the breakfast was basically useless; the bed wasn't especially comfortable; but everything was clean and there was one (pricey) place nearby to eat.

The room was big enough. The guests overnight extremely obnoxious. The room had not been cleaned properly, toenail clippings and dirty washcloth and the bed was questionable. This is my third time here. Last time the bed was stained and obviously had not been changed.
