great! I don't understand why so many bad reviews, the staff was very friendly and discreet, my room was super clean, it's a simple,affordable hotel. if you want luxury this is not the hotel for you.

For price, OK hotel The building is older than other ESA we've stayed in. The rooms aren't stocked with the needed kitchen gadgets as advertised, you have to go down and ask for it. Overall it was so-so.

Nice hotel for the price Good hotel except there was no enough soap in the bathroom.

Professional helpful staff, good hot water supply The staff is very helpful and professional without being cloying. The checkin procedure is normal, the checkout is very quick. Once I checked out, I realized I could not find my phone. I went back and asked to be let in the room I just vacated, staff was very helpful in a busy time for them (8-9 am), brought me there, phoned my number (prob. long distance for them) and we did not hear my phone.
