It smell like smoke in the room and the windows barely open

Most economical. Room was clean except the couch (sticky spot) and excellent for me. Managers were very responsive. Hallway smelled bad and not just old cigarette smoke either.

The room was dirty and in need of minor repairs. The sewer backed up in the middle of the night and flooded our room. The staff gave me towels to clean up the water but never checked on us to see how we were. They did refund one nights rent but not the taxes and fees associated with it. The staff was nice.
