Easy access off the highway. No check in parking, had to drive around to the back to get in. Once there, all doors were locked. We thought we’d have to walk all the way around to the front but someone held the door open for us. Room had no carpets, cold linoleum flooring. No bath towels. Smoke alarm on the ceiling was missing. One plastic drinking cup. Full kitchen, which is cabinets, range sink and microwave; you have to ask for everything else like utensils. Friendly staff, property is a 4 out of 10 The location is in the middle of no-where. There are folks who live in the hotel some noting they have been there for years. Each floor has huge trash bin where you drop trash, so as you exit the elevator you are greeted with piles of trash. The hallway floors are not mopped nor vacuumed. It is an extended stay, but you have to ask for plates, cups and pots to cook with. If you have pet allergies beware as there is pet hair throughout the property's carpets.

A non Extended Stay at the Extended Stay Overall the stay was what I expected not bad but not superb. The staff was polite and somewhat helpful.

Not as good expected This was my first time to stay in the hotel chain in the States. I stayed in Extended Stay Canada several years ago in Toronto and was very satisfied with it. This one is below my expectations. There was a kitchenette in the room, but equipped with literally nothing, not even a coffee maker. There is no bed set for sofa bed. Eh Found trash under the bed. No paper towels or utensils to cook with available. My husband found the bed uncomfortable. My daughter found the pull out couch uncomfortable as well.

Very basic The clerk was professional and polite but the place was very basic but the price reflects that (I guess?). Room was clean but very basic and no supplies in kitchenette.
