The good: Clean room with kitchen, couch, bed, and restroom. That said, this room was inexpensive for the area and was perfectly satisfactory overall. The property was nice and in the back there was even a cute patio set under an arbor, and a BBQ grill. Downsides: Couple of details a bit odd (hole in wall where doorknob had busted through, old unused shower curtain rings remaining on rod). Shower drain could move more quickly, for sure. Again...despite these things, overall, I had a good experience and nice stay.

Not as advertised Although the property was clean, the room was not stocked with basic essentials such as cutlery, bowls/ plates, pots/ frying pan, etc... When we asked for these items at the front desk, there was barely anything to provide. In addition, we were expecting maid service once or twice over the 11 day period we were there. The room was not cleaned once nor was there clean linen providedpart way through the stay.
Close to highway. Very poor internet service we would not stay there again ever.

No breakfast, bed needs replacing. Dirty stained carpets.
