Very badly maintained

There was roaches in my room, noisy from other guest walking their dog, loud chatting, running around kids.

Worst service and rooms

Not clean, hairs all over the bed! Bathroom was not cleaned as expected.

Unfortunately I checked out less than 30 minutes after I’d checked in. There was a notice about upcoming pest control in the room key access. Upon entering the room, there was a foul odor. Turned out the garbage cab was full to the brim which caused the bad smell. The mgr & I sprayed the room with linen-scented air freshener. Then I had to get a tv remote control from the front desk. Upon returning to the room I found other dirty areas so I decided to leave and booked another hotel room at the nearby Double Tree

Absolutely terrible room condition Horrible service and cleanliness Took forever to fix a clooged sink Would never stay here again It should be closed down

Check in was difficult. Poor training. Welfare hotel is worn and decrepit. Shower valve was replaced with a bolt and screw. Night stand was missing a drawer. Screw sticking out of wall next to bed. Missing couch, dishwasher and dishes. Paint in room was scuffed and scraped on walls, door and vanity. Breakfast was a cellophane wrapped muffin. Absolutely disgusting for the price paid.
