Hope the other Extended Stays nearby are better... This is one of three located very close to one another and hopefully, the other two are better. The TV is way too small (19" tube?) for current market demands and had a minimal channel selection of less than popular channels. Internet speed rivaled dial-up, I have not seen anything that slow anywhere since the advent of hi-speed. You get what you pay for Room was OK, dirty rug, hard bed and pillows, old TV with just satellite. Hallway smelled like smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" area. No breakfast. Had to pay for internet. No daily cleaning - had to pay extra for this. No fitness room. And had to hunt for front desk even after I talked to them on the phone.

Extended Stay This was no doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel lobby smelled, my key didn't open my room door, the clerk was the only person working on the premis and suggested I try again. After a second and third try, she finally made a new room key, which I don't understand why she didn't do it in the first place. Upon entering the room, it was awful. What a nightmare. When we checked in, our room hadn't been cleaned. Then it took them an hour to find us a "clean" room... they had marked rooms clean that hadn't been and literally walked up and down the halls, peeking in rooms to see if they had been cleaned. The women at the front desk was very unprofessional about it, and kept saying, "I'm not cleaning rooms like I had to do last time." This tells me that it's not the first time this has happened. You pay for what you get... ...I've stayed at every Extended Stay in this area (there are three of them within a 2 mile radius). Needless to stay, I'm stepping up, paying $30 more dollars ro get a clean room and restful sleep. These properties are just down right nasty.

the worst staff ever OK - a follow up to my previous review. After a few months of calls to corporate, to complaints with tarvel website nothing happened. All my complaints went to the hotel GM (who was the cause of all the problems) to handle, not to his boss. Still no refund. FINALLY, after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I was then issued a refund. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated like dirt.

Watch out They put me in a room with wet paint and failed to mention that fact. I barely escaped having my suit ruined. They charged my debit card $100 for incidentals I did not buy and therefore I could not pay for dinner. When confronted with these "errors" they apologized but offered no other recompense.

Overall OK, Cleanliness an issue My room had a strong odor, tried to get another and there were none available. Said they just cleaned the carpets. I had to sleep with the windows open and it was still a real problem. The next morning I noticed the odor was the bedspread!!!!

Hotel OK. Extremely RUDE service. Hotel was OK. Pretty clean, reasonably comfortable. General Manager of hotel was VERY rude. He demanded that I give him my driver's license to pay w. my credit card. He had an imprint of the card AND my signature. I told him it was a license to drive a car, not a license to stay in a hotel. He said it was ""Corporate policy"". It is NOT corporate policy.
