DIRTY and NASTY Very upset with my stay. I will never go back. Dirty. Under the bed was full of things of past guest and the batbrooms were so nasty. Not clean at all....

Aweful First, the hotel is hidden and difficult to find. Hotel was under remodeling and the whole place reeked of chemicals. There is no house keeping and the even the employees look like they don't want to be there. Would not recommend staying here at all.

really worn out We chose this for the location, knowing the area. But this hotel is really overdue for a renovation. They let it go way too long. The rugs are filthy. The rooms are marginally cleaner but ours had an awful odor which was only made worse by their attempt to cover it. If we hadn't been prepaid through a website for only one night, we would have left. Sorry, but will never return.

Not worth your money... We were given a smoker's room despite mentioning the need for non-smoker's one. Air conditioning was not working only the fan was running. No places to eat close by. Chose a better alternative.

First time staying at an Extended Stay This hotel/motel is in the top 3 worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I think it is the concept of having a kichenette type room that turnes me off. The smells that linger from different types of ethnic cooking penetrate the hallways and rooms. I never took my flip flops off while I walked around the room. The carpets seemed grimy. Distrought Customer I chose this location because other nearby hotels had no vacancies. First, the hotel remains hidden behind a vacant restaurant, and both shrubs and large restaurant building camouflage street access to the hotel. A phone call to the hotel resulted in confusing driving instructions. Staff provided reluctant information about nearby restaurants. Poor hotel avoid Rooms are small and often not cleaned. At one stage I went three days without the room being cleaned. Wireless speed is next to useless.

Might have been nice when new Room reeked of cigarette! While room had been dusted and had fresh linen, the carpets in the room and in the hall were filthy. Minimum possible amenities in the room. Clerk announced our room number loudly to the world when giving the key. I've never before had a check-out clerk decline to provide a receipt or any record that we were good to go because, "You paid thru ******."
