Rude reception Upon arrival at the hotel, we were treated very rudely - more like an imposition that a guest. The linens in the room were dirty and stained. Fortunately, we were there to visit family and didn't spend much time in the room/hotel. I observed this same desk clerk treating another guest the same way I was treated and he had already been checked in (meaning he had been there at least onnight previous as I was told I could not check in before 3).

Hotel is like an apartment complex It was awful. Barking dog, person above us in room was loud at 310am through 430 am and didn't stop with 2 calls to the front desk. Difficult to find location as there are 3 hotels with this name within 10 minutes of each other.

CLOSE YOUR NOSE LOCATED IN A GREAT AREA. STAFF COURTEOUS. HOWEVER VERY CONCERNED ABOUT OVERALL CLEANLINESS. THE ROOM SMELLED HORRIBLE. THE PILLOWS AND PILLOW CASES STUNK. HAD TO REQUEST 4 REPLACEMENT PILLOWS. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Worst Experiece Ever - Birthday Ruined!'n This was the worst customer service experience of my life!!! I arrived at the hotel at 3pm- check in time and was told I coujd not check in because the room wasn't ready. The gentleman behind the desk was beyond rude and refused to tell me how long I should expect to wait. Awful We had 3 out of town employees scheduled to stay. They arrived to find a dirty kitchen area, unmade bed, and worse of all a cockroach in the kitchen area. They moved to another hotel immediately.
Extended STAY AWAY! The girl who checked me in greeted me with "yeah?" The hallway smelled. When I got into my room there were stains on the counters, the toilet had not been cleaned (stains), and there were stains on one of my pillows (that I tossed aside). This place is so stingy that they don't provide hair driers in the rooms. They are also stingy to require you to go down and get plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. The places I typically stay in have that already in your room. eh! Not so great. Very plain hotel with little style. I can't say that we were pleased with the condition of the room- burn marks on the counter- a cable tie found under the bedspread- internet that did not work - and smoje detector hanging fron the ceiling.
Next time I'll sleep in my office! When I first got there, I noticed that the entryway was covered in 4 inches of ice and that the parking lot hadn't been plowed very well. When I went in, there was rock salt in the foyer but no one though to put any on the ice. When I got to my room, it smelled like a campfire. Then I noticed this loud noise coming from the refrigerator. The motor in the freezer was making a loud rattling noise. When I walked into the room, I noticed snow on the floor.
