Broken window and sink I was given a room on the first floor, which I typically hate but I got in late so I didn't mind. My routine when traveling is to check the bed for cleanliness, make sure the shower and hair dryer work and then adjust the temperature to make sure it works. Being that I was on the first floor, I also chose to check the windows. One window would not shut or lock. AVOID this place! DIRTY We were horrified with the conditions of this place. Our non-smoking room smelled like on old smokey casino. The blanket smelled like a wet dog. The A/C was broken. The walls were paper thin, so we had to listen to the muffled tv through the wall. I woke up with a sore throat, and have been waiting or it to go away since we checked out the following day (4 days ago).

Unacceptable for short term stay Totally dissatisfied with breakfast offering. Ludicrous to even call it breakfast. Was not aware that AM service to the room was not offered. I am used to having room cleaned, beds made and clean towels supplied each day. This was not the case. Dishes and silverware were only minimally supplied - ie: one butter knife, one spoon, two plates, one small plate, etc. Cost of room was about twice that of a room I had at another area hotel (that was not extended stay and didn't offer "breakfast". Avoid this sorry place! The room was smelly, the bathtub had stains, the hotel does not give any toiletries except soap, the towels had a quality of sandpaper, the breakfast was unplesantly minimalist... Avoid this bleak abode of sorrow if you can.

Guter Service-Katastrophale Zimmer Leider bin ich von dem Zustand der Zimmer immer noch geschockt. Es war dreckig und es sah alles total abgewohnt aus. Es roch im Zimmer schrecklich nach Asiatischen Gewürzen und die Fenster waren total undicht und vielen auseinander. Und ein Gab to go Breakfast kann ich nicht als Breakfast inklusive akzeptieren, totale irreführende Aussage.

Broken tv, outdated room. For 100+ a night, you can find a better place. The room was nice and clean, the staff was pleasant, but the room was quite outdated. The tv remote didn't work and when I turned the tv around to check..it had a TISSUE stuck in the back where the cord is..YUCK.....The tv channels were coming in very badly. Won't stay here again. It was not the worst place ever, just not that great. Morning" breakfast" had coffee( with Cremora..yuck) and apples, oranges and granola bars. Not so good.

Never Again I was surprised at how this hotel is set up with all of the competition out here today. The clerk desk is hidden so when you approach the counter it looks like no one is there. You actually have to say hello to see if anyone is around. No coffee or tea after the morning hours. The rooms are constructed with cheap materials. I had one spoon, one fork and one knife in my room. They do not provide any lotion or shampoo in your room upon arrival. If you want cleaning service you have to pay for it if you say under 8 ... read more
