Dirty, smoky rooms and shady service! We booked a nonsmoking queen room and were given keys to a smoking room in a smoking wing of the hotel without any warning from the front desk. We complained to the manager who claimed a "housekeeping snafu" and said there were no nonsmoking rooms available. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com who called the manager and miraculously a nonsmoking room became available - a nonsmoking, KING room, "at no extra charge". WOW, THANKS. Very smelly hotel We had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. The smell was so bad that even when we left the hotel, we could still smell it on our clothing and luggage. We would not recommend this hotel.

not so hot the first room I was given was already occupied. Old TV. Window was left wide open so it was rather cold. Bathroom showed no evidence of "freshly cleaned"; it wasn't dirty, but didn't seem as clean as it should have been,,,

Depressing and smelly Wow! My husband and I have not stayed at a place like this in, well, ever! The entire floor wreaked of smoke, our room stank and there was plaster falling from the ceiling. We were told by a maintenance man tending the front desk that the hotel was full and nothing could be done to accommodate us. Overall, it was clean I suppose, but we had an awful night's sleep and dreamt of bedbugs and intruders (neither of which we experienced, thank goodness). We got up and out at break of dawn.

Avoid this Hotel at all costs! I didn't get the room I booked. The first room I got was unmade and dirty. The next room was clean but the a/c controls were broken/missing and the shower had no water pressure. To make matters worse, I woke to find out the advertised complimentary breakfast was not being served that weekend. They leave the front desk unattended at night so there is no one to address guests' problems. Overall, a very disappointing stay. For the same amount of money, we could have stayed somewhere much nicer.

Was not happy with my stay...was not what was advertised to be...too much money for what I what got...If you go do not check in late at night or stay on weekend...

Never stay at Extended Stay Deluxe Especially if you book with Hotels.com. They completely absolve themselves of all responsibility for service - typical response is : since you booked at Hotels.com, we cannot do anything!

No a good Hotel The hotel was under renovations so I was very disappointed. It is in the middle of nowhere!

new hotel poorly maintained Thin walls, can hear neighbor phone conversations and footsteps from upstairs. Curtains do not block sun in the morning. Ant problem. Broken equipment in workout room. TV volume not working consistently on all stations.
