Rude staff but room was OK I checked in with hotel assistant Romeo and he was very rude. He seemed like annoyed at having someone over the check in. Anyhow, I checked in and the room was OK. The room didnt smell fresh but things were arranged properly. The elevators and hallways were dirty. I would only stay at any extended stay hotel if I have no other choice.
Needs work before recommending, false alarms! The general building was fine, especially for the price. However, there were two main issues. The staff is not interested in customers or working. Took 1 1/2 days with three different people to get two cups, shampoo, but no tissues. They were out. It was quicker to go purchase what we needed that not be attended too. Fire Alarms! Fire Alarm went off twice forced to leave the bld! I put my 8 months pregnant daughter in law and son up on 6/13 at the Extended Stay in Westborough. Around 2 AM and 5 AM the fire alarm went off and they were forced to leave the building! Needless to say they got no sleep! I spoke to the hotel and asked if there would be some sort of refund. They said they were not able to do so because it was booked through Hotels.com. They thought maybe on your end you could reverse the charges!
outdated and in need of repairs When I first arrived I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to show up behind the desk and there was a screaming kid running around the lobby. Then when I got off the elevator there were holes in the ceiling. I got into my room to find it was 85 degrees so I turned on the a.c. and went to dinner. Instead of taking the elevator I took the stairs. Half the walls had no sheetrock!! When I returned from dinner my room was still 85. The manager said they had no other rooms available. Did not get what we paid for. We booked 2 Deluxe King suites for our stay. We arrived slightly before normal check in. We were given 2 rooms that had "queen" beds. They were either really full size or the smallest queen beds ever! When we addressed this with the registration clerk we were told "Oh sorry, we have nothing else. Online services do this all the time. They offer one thing but it comes over to us as something else." I showed her my reservation and she said "sorry but we don't have any Kings available." Really want to like it, but... The good....quiet surroundings...good size room with kitchen....relatively clean...two windows which open The bad....did not give wake-up call I requested....no clock in the room....did not provide shampoo, etc.soap-yes.....non-smoking,but cigarette burn on carpet next to bed....halls smelled of smoke.....bed was within two feet of window airconditioner, and blew strongly over the bed(turned it off)......no breakfast to speak of-they called it Grab and Go, and was coffee and prepacked little mu... read more

You get what you pay for Hotel carpeting was filthy, stained. The two chairs at the desk were stained with ground in something. The elevator was dirty and tired looking. I realize it's a discount hotel, but discount does not have to mean filthy. There are three Extended Stay hotels in the same area. I am assuming they are focussing their attention on the "newest" of the hotels.
