Not great The tons are very dated, very moist and smelly. Our room had a leak under the floor near the ac unit. It was dark and dingy on the floors. Lobby was nice.

The room was advertised with a complimentary breakfast, which ended up being muffins in plastic bags, granola bars and bad fruit. The coffee wasn't made the first morning and the desk clerk was no where to be found. Other than that, the room was clean, and I could sleep and shower in it. All I wanted to day

Not satisfied Internet connection is very poor. Even paid internet condition is bad. Breakfast is poor.

Close to the Boston Marathon Start What an horrible experience! Our room was equipped with a kitchen but had no pots, plates or utensils. When requesting these items at front desk we were told we would only get them if someone else checkout...so would just have to wait! The whole purpose of getting a room with a kitchen at Extended Stay America was so that we could prepare and eat meals in our room for the Boston Marathon. Big disappointment I staid here twice- the first time I liked it because the room was jus remodeled and I checked in late- just wanted to sleep one night, breakfast what you'd expect. The kitchenette was empty int e room, I thought it was because they'd just painted it and the guy at the front desk gave me a coffeemaker. My second stay was not so good. Room for the night Thankfully we only had to spend one night here. The room was not very clean, the air conditioner was broken and the hotel staff did not really seem to care. We did not get the room type that we booked. When we complained about it they told us there was nothing that could be done. We left there very unsatisfied and called the company once we got home. The company made good and refunded our money. That would be the only good thing we had to say about this stay. Sorry for that.
Don't ever go here!!!! I stayed here with three of my boys. There Weren't any pots and pans, silverware, cups, coffee pot, Dish soap, lotion, clock, ice machine..... Etc! When we asked for clean towels And sheets we were told that they were in the laundry and to go grab some. Sheet had blood on it and there was trash on the floor! Shower drain didn't drain!!! I would never stay here again even for one night Never mind for an extended stay!!!
