Terrible Asking for adjacent rooms does not always work, and that I understand. But one room smelled like an ashtray eventhough the hotel was non smoking. The other room had dirt on the sheets! One phone did not work and there was no screen in the window - stay clear of this place! They were "all booked" so could not change me to a room without the smoke smell and I was told "this is a non smoking, I don't know why it smells like smoke." Ummmmm - probably because someone was smoking. The entire hallway smelled. Terrible!
Not as advertised. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Free breakfast the next morning included coffee, tea, or oatmeal, and that was it. The hotel staff was too busy talking to each other in the morning to notice me trying to check out.
rundown heat did not work in first room so staff was helpful in moving me to another room. Pillows are not great. Coffee maker was absolutely disgusting and should be thrown away!
business stay The location was good.But the room was terrible, I found a flea. The hotel needs to be updated. Will not stay again.
Spacious but not well maintained Although the hotel appeared to be recently constructed it was in a worn down condition. There were stains on the walls and mold in the bathroom.
Terrible Stay! Will NEVER go back. Room was filthy. Had stains in carpet. They put us in a smoking room, as the room smelled of old smoke. VERY UNHAPPY.
worst hotel stay ever I came down to see my son who's in college in Massachusetts and I've stayed in several hotel in Mass but this was the absolute worst hotel ever. The hotel was dirty, the breakfast was bad taste old & there's no elevator so if u r handicap make sure u book the first floor. Will never stay there again
