Staff was accommodating. No problems at all. Checkin was fine.

Limited breakfast options. Check in staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms need to be freshened up. They have a non-desirable odor to them

The hotel is quite clean, compared with other ESA in US, such as in California. The only issue was the WiFi internet access. I was not be able to access the WiFi by flooding the instruction (last name, room number). After calling the front desk, I found out my last name was recorded as on letter. I tried to access with this one letter last name, but still could not. The hotel front dest asked me to call IT Customer service number which is a third part outsourced company by ESA.
