Bait and switch, make sure you read all the terms and condictions. My whole experience was tainted from the start. I don't smoke and I choose not to be in places where there is cigarette smoke. When I checked into my room and found that I was being provided a smoking room, I was very annoyed. I expressed my concerns to the desk clerk and he was very courteous, but as the hotel was completely full, could reassign my room. average overnight It was a place to sleep and nothing more. Not even shampoo in the room.

Disgusting The hotel was disgusting. There was was no soap or shampoo or anything available. The room was dirty. There was hair all over the bed, and on the towels. I stayed here because of the price, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend just spending the extra money to go to to Hilton or Marriott.

Ok as long as you understand there is no service. Not sure if I misunderstood the concept of "Extended Stay" but we never had a room refresh in the three days we were there. I've stayed in similar types of hotels and they always refresh the toiletries, coffee, make the bed, etc. as in any hotel room.

One Hotel Location can ruin reputation of entire brand. This hotel was worn down and old; you could hear things going on all over the building, and the general condition of the facilities was lacking. My experiences at other Extended Stay facilities was very positive, but this location was awful. The only shining part was the manager who refunded our second and third nights, so that we could book elsewhere.

Only good thing was the manager, very helpful. The manager was very helpful in assisting us in getting a refund, and re-booking our hotel room somewhere else. The hotel was old, and dirty. But more importantly, the hotel was smoking rooms only on the 3rd floor, where we were given a room. As an asthmatic, it is not just a nuisance, it's a genuine health concern that I have about that.
