Needs an update Floor was not vacuumed. Microwave caugh on fire due to missing part. Worn cabinets and countertops. Whole room needed a facelift. Nice staff, though. Shop around - there are a lot of hotels in this area.

Extended Stay Champaign-Buyer Beware! BUYER BEWARE: if there's any chance you will be arriving into town past 11 PM, find another hotel! The front desk closes then (in fact, the woman there said she shut down her computer at 10:37); to her credit, she checked us in despite our late arrival, but not without her griping the whole way through. We requested a non-smoking room; the bedding was pocked with cigarette burns (not to mention the smell) and covered with hair (did someone have a cat in there?). J'avais reservé une chambre non fumeur , noté sur ma fiche de réservation .".Toutes les unités sont Smoking !!! " me dit-on à la reception !!! Odeurs insupportables , literie , serviettes de toilette imprégnées de l'odeur de tabac froid, pas de produit pour la douche et le shampoing . Moquette très sale , usée , fauteuil taché . It's a dive. Extended stay is a 1/2 star better than Motel 6. The beds hard.Pillows flat. And,the initial room they tried to place me in - smelled awful. Pay a few bucks more,down the block.

Good location Bare bones hotel. Low class bedding. No housekeeping. No ammenities. Lodging was tight the weekend we stayed here--a big marathon race and a film festival in the area so we were happy to have lodging of any sort. Hotel is well-located near downtown Champaign and the mall area.

Weekend stay We were there for a weekend and stayed there because it was affordable and had a kitchen. The kitchen was equipped very sparsely with only a couple of dishes, and utensils. Bring your own dish soap and if you have more than two people, bring your own dishes. Also, the room had a bad odor and the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. They do not provide maid service which I was aware of, but I still expected the usual amenities, like shampoo, conditioner, - those were not provided. I would... read more

Dog-friendly hotel?! I do not think so.. I usually travel with my dog and this time I changed the Hotel chain I used to go. I had a terrible surprise at 11.30 pm and already pre-paid 2-days stay I had to pay extra US 25/day for pet fee. 2 days = 55.00 (they taxed the dog fee). I pay US 90 for the 2 days. Ridiculous! I was very upset and the hotel staff told me they charged this high fee because dogs destroy rooms. I believe that but US 10/day dog fee is not more reasonable?
