Horrible Service and Dirty Room. Bathroom in poor shape!!!!

The furniture is in total disrepair. Do not judge the hotel by the photos on the website. That is creative photography. However, it was worth the much lower price Extended Stay charges as opposed to hotels right next door that charge twice as much.
OK if you get a really great deal, BUT (1) bring your own shampoo because it seems none comes with the room (maybe they would have given it to me but I was already in the bathroom when I noticed so I simply used the soap) (2) bring your own iron if you think you'll need one, since what you'll find in there will probably be the worst iron you've ever seen, (3) be ready for a weird selection of TV channels, you basically get lots of sports channels + Fox but not much else, (4) don't expect a really clean room since what you'll... read more
Dirty room, staff vacuuming at 10 pm when I was trying to sleep, they allow pets here and a dog was barking constantly. Poor room quality, toilet broken.
This hotel has a lot of potential but upgrades to rooms would be necessary to be able for the website to advertise as equal to the other similar rated hotels Should be dropped down to a 1 star hotel.
Buyer Beware Do not stay. I booked a room with 2 double beds. Not available offered to give us 2 singles at the same price. (Since my son, 14, was with me I this was of no benefit) Room was non smoking, maybe for that night. (LOL) Woke up the next morning to HUNDREDS OF ANTS ON TH AC UNIT. This was 3rd floor unit. Free WIFI might be going through dial up service at the front desk. Many many dogs and smokers stay here.
It was a place to sleep......................... I had never stayed at this hotel before. The room was nice but not was I was expecting. It is what it says an "extended stay" hotel. I won't be doing that again. Price was good though.
Non-Smoking Room smelled like Smoke I purchased a non-smoking room, but the room given to me was a smoking room at some point. The staff would not switch me out of the smoking room because he said the hotel was sold-out. I don't think he was telling me the truth because the parking lot was half empty.
Extended Stay, Arlington heights, IL Not satasfied at all. It was like staying at a poor house!! No Shampoo No soap, TV was from the 80's and the bed was hard as a rock. Would not recommend!!!
