Bathroom/ Kitchenette floors were dirty, air/ heat system didn't work, keycards did not work,felt I was rushed by a phone call from front desk to reminding me of departure time,toilet overflowed,plumbing issues, 3rd floor felt like it was going to fall through.

I won't let my dog stay there Room smell like weed they don't clean it everyday only when you leave they clean the room when you check in they tell you that

Bare bones and not worth the cost. I had to book at this hotel because all the decent hotels were booked for homecoming weekend. It was clean, that is all about I can say about it. No hair dryer.... you have to bring your own. Because it is an extended stay hotel, housekeeping is on a weekly basis... so in other words, none. No coffee in room... I would have had to request they bring up a coffee maker, and then I would have had to go out an buy coffee. For the rate that I paid, having coffee in the room without charge should... read more

Mediocre hotel We needed a place to stay for one night while visiting my son in college. The price was reasonable, $100 per night for a nonsmoking room with two double beds, but I've spent the same at other hotels in the area and you can do much better. The staff was not very friendly, no hair dryer or coffee maker in room and rooms and halls smelled of stale smoke. Not worth the price! Switched rooms once only to find second room in worse shape! Smelly, found several bugs and a sticky bathroom door, and the breakfast wasn't much of anything. Wouldn't recommend, we ended up canceling our second night reservation!

Dirty - Worn - Not Recommended Had to stay here due to an area sell out of all other hotels. Room smelled like smoke, furniture was heavily worn, but the bed was comfortable. I do have to say that the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is prepackaged grain bars or Sam's Club muffins. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Drury which is nearby.

No other hotels were available, it was homecoming There was a bug in the room when we got there. Although there was a little kitchenette, we had to request dishes, glasses and silverware. We also had to request a coffee maker and coffee. The most disappointing thing is that for the three days we were there, the room wasn't cleaned by maid service. To get new towels, we had to bring the used ones downstairs and exchange them. Continental breakfast was on a cart and was sparse albeit fresh. The staff was friendly.
