Nice stay & great room. The guest laundry facilities also came in super handy. Would have given the hotel a 5, but checkout took over 20 minutes and made me late for an appointment interstate.

Hotel.com overbooked so we do t have a room! Awesome hotel but had a snafu from the start! Hotel clerk said the room I had booked through hotels.com was not available,but he had a smaller room. 4 adults in a 1 bed room sucked but we were stuck. Very displeased with hotels.com

Great room with inadequate supplies. Keys didn't work initially, microwave didn't work at all (no power), bathtub faucet ran all the time, no dishes or cutlery or dish soap in the room, no linens or pillows for the hide-a-bed, only 2 towels for a 2 bedroom suite, and no one answered the phone to request any. The room itself was great, but obviously lacking in supplies!
