No Parking! I arrived at Dulles Airport around 11:30 last night, and by the time I collected my bag & car, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 1:00 am. The place was full, but several construction trucks were taking up two parking spaces and there was only one spot left, which was very narrow and between two trucks. It took me several minutes to get my car into the spot, and I had to unload before pulling in and crawl out on the passenger side in 30 degree weather. Not fun after a long day of travel. Broken pool, ants, and not clean The pool didn't work the entire week we were there. The front desk said we could walk a little over a mile across very busy traffic with little kids to swim. Needless to stay, my kids were stuck in the room all day while I was gone for my conference. When I called to book the room, I was told that there is a pool and that it was only a 15-20 minute drive into Washington, D.C. It was about a hour drive on a good day! There were ants in the room. Horrible I ended up not staying. I had 2 rooms reserved but only 1 was showing up. The hotel looked like Bates Motel. Horrible

Very outdated facility. This place needs a major facelift. Not very comfortable or welcoming.

空港からの無料シャトル無し 空港からの無料シャトルがなく、残念。空港近くに同じタウンプレイスがあり、そちらはシャトル有り。次からはそっちを利用します。

Horrible There were hair in the bathtub. The bathroom fan was broken which was very unconvinient. Also staff did not tell us where our room was well so we took a long time trying to g Find the room. Also the refridgerator made loud noises so my family could not sleep. It was a terrible stay.

very noisy, people partying all hours of the night, bug in room when we arrived, you cant use pull-out sleeper, the mattress is extremely thin

Large rooms but overpriced We had a two bedroom suite -- I love that we could have our dogs stay with us but the suite smelled like SMOKE! Therefore our clothes smelled like smoke. I would not recommend this hotel, it felt very "economical" but at the very pricey rate I paid, I could have done much better at another hotel. Overpriced and obviously they don't care what you do in your room, I thought a 100% smoke-free hotel meant no chance of our room smelling like an ashtray. WOyls not recommend.
