The hotel was fine. Expedia completely dropped the ball. My confirmation was not accepted by the hotel. I called expedia, was put on hold for 58 minutes. I had to rebook with the hotel directly. I have already disputed the expedia charge on my credit card.

Room was not what was advertised, this room was prepaid and then they charged me again when i arrived
