Staff was stretched thin and not super helpful, though nice.

the booking was not available and i did not stay there.. I called and was told a credit would be made but did not get it.. please issue me a refund for 72129765123896

Just felt worn down and dated. Guests were propping exterior doors open with the ricks in the landscaping making it feel unsafe.

Did not feel clean, many bugs in room.

Worst stay at a hotel Did not get room that I reserved , Reserved a 2 room suitewith 2 queen beds. After I checked in and went to the room The room was a regular room with 1 queen bed I went down to the front desk that I had the wrong room I was told told that they were over booked and that is the only room available but was still charged the same rate. ended up sleeping on a pull out. The smoke detector started chirping at midnight called front desk and was told they cant do anything till the morning as the manager was not ... read more
