The property wasn’t maintained very well. My main issue was that they didn’t have my reservation. Not a huge deal, as I could fix that with Expedia. However, the “manager” checked me in, said he would get the reservation when the systems came back up. No worries as it was 0030-0100 and my pregnant wife and I were just getting in from from Korea traveling 24 hours and just needed to get to bed. When we got there they said they did not have our reservation even though I showed them the confirmation email. I had paid for the reservation two weeks prior

Got several nasty nights after staying one night in rm 227. The red rum hallway with the flickering lights was rather unsettling late at night. The staff are friendly though.

No Parking! I arrived at Dulles Airport around 11:30 last night, and by the time I collected my bag & car, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 1:00 am. The place was full, but several construction trucks were taking up two parking spaces and there was only one spot left, which was very narrow and between two trucks. It took me several minutes to get my car into the spot, and I had to unload before pulling in and crawl out on the passenger side in 30 degree weather. Not fun after a long day of travel. Broken pool, ants, and not clean The pool didn't work the entire week we were there. The front desk said we could walk a little over a mile across very busy traffic with little kids to swim. Needless to stay, my kids were stuck in the room all day while I was gone for my conference. When I called to book the room, I was told that there is a pool and that it was only a 15-20 minute drive into Washington, D.C. It was about a hour drive on a good day! There were ants in the room.
