roaches! there were roaches in the kitchen area when I notified hotel staff that said well your checking out tomorrow we will spray after you leave! they didn't offer a different room or to take any money off our stay or make any apologies! the woman at the desk said it happens in these extended stay hotels and to just put a cover over the sinks.. we are very disappointed and will never stay there again!

Just alright we checked in at about 10pm, when we got to our room, the bed was not made and there was some distasteful magazines laying on the bed. Thankfully I found them before my daughter saw them. When we brought them down we were given a different room. This new room had hair left in the shower. By then we were too worn out to move again, so I cleaned it. There was no breakfast as advertised and the bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom did not have any extra toilet paper or towels. GREAT ROOM FOR THE MONEY BUT When i resevered the room I asked for all the accomodations that where included I was Advised there was a pool ava which was not theres no Ice machine in the building there where only two staff memebers that were polite the janitor and the lady on the Midnight shift I have yet to recieve a call back from the manager by the name of Chris in regard's to the pool i have several complaints 1)upon checking in i assked the front desk about the pool I was advised that theres no water in the pool and tha... read more

Worst BEDS horrid- the beds were like a wood box. Teh elevator was broken the entire weekend and we were on the 3rd floor. the room never got cool enough. NO ICE machine or vending machine. Both washing machines were broken. Although the refridgerator/freezer has a ice maker- upon arrival i don't want to wait 6 hours for ice. This was a miserable stay! Never again.
