2-star quality at a 4-star price The hotel building seems new and looks nice on the exterior and interior. But after noticing that, the experience is all downhill. At check-in the front desk person acknowledged we needed sheets for the pull-out bed, and said she would bring them to our room. Hours later she still hadn't, and we went down and got them ourselves. Horrible. Terrible amenities and service. Horrible stay. The "Queen" bed was probably a double at best. The pull-out sofa (barely bigger than a twin) had no sheets or pillows. When we called down to get sheets, we were told they were doing sheets and would be ready in 30 minutes. 1 hr later (8:30pm) we called back, only to get a rude front desk saying they'd be up. 30 minutes later no sheets. Not a very good experience Room has a good size and confy bed but not clean and smells bad. No breakfast. I dont recommend!

False Advertisement The room listed as fully stocked kitchenette, but it had no amenities to allow for use of the kitchen whatsoever. We will never book with this hotel again as we were expecting to make use of the kitchen to cut down on food cost for our trip. Also, towels, and all paper products were like pulling teeth to obtain at the front desk. We are very dismayed about the stay and the room. Won't stay here again Lobby and hallways needed to be vacuumed. Room clean. Pillows thin and uncomfortable. One towel was in very poor condition, long loose piece. No soundproofing! Could hear couple behind us talking at 1am and the bed banging against the wall behind our heads! Didn't get much sleep. Won't stay here again. Will spend the extra money for better quality in downtown Charleston.
Not pleased So many little things were wrong. It started out with not being able to find correct building, then not told I had to ask for fork, spoon and glass, no paper towels or tissues, shampoo container already opened, remote control wasn't working.Staff gave me new batteries which were wrong size and required another trip to front desk. Not a pleasant stay! Room was dirty. Dusty night stands. No person to help you or even check you out. Kitchen did not have any plates or utensils. Even after requesting, so no action. Terrible breakfast. A low class place to stay.

Not a good stay. Very Disappointed !! This hotel was very disappointing. To start the pull-out sofa is a single bed, we listed we had two adults and two kids. Our room had one queen and the single (twin) sofa bed. When I went to the front desk they said it was hotels.com's fault and didn't have another room for us (even when we offered to pay the difference). Next, the refrigerator made a very loud noise.
