Couldn't get out soon enough!! Terrible experience. Booked 3 nights, only stayed 1 (and that was only because we got there so late). Room was very dated, appeared dirty, smelled like smoke, and just made us feel VERY uncomfortable. The pictures you see online are NOT what you see in person. The free breakfast was VERY limited.

Reeked of smoke The ladies at the front desk were the best part. They were friendly and helpful.the room was awful. No glass to drink from, the AC was not working. It was supposed to be non-smoking and it reeked of smoke and Chinese food. Breakfast was granola bars and prepackaged muffins. The coffee was good. Probably should have asked for a different room, but I was too tired. The lady at the front desk came up and helped me get the AC going - she checked back in to make sure it was working.

just a place to sleep Just a place to sleep, no amenities, no coffee in room, had to request it, or pool or workout facility.

Leftovers The previous guest left their leftover Italian food in the fridge and cups with lipstick stains on them. Housekeeping probably thought we wanted the leftovers. The room smelled musty, the air vent in the bath was moldy. Never again.

The Lobby looked dirty and uncleaned. The room was fair, We only needed for one night. The airconditioner only worked in the sitting area, my son almost froze in order for us to get some air to flow in our room!! Room down the hall had a dog that barked for hours!!

The initial room that was assigned to us was not clean. The rooms smelled like smoke. The staff was very friendly and understanding.

My wife's wedding rings came up missing. In the confusing of the missing rings, the receptionist didn't give me my bill and I forgot to ask for it.

Business Trip My stay was horrible. The first night we were there, we spent over an hour cleaning our room, like we were housekeeping. We had to call the hotel staff to look at the sheets (had black hair all in them) and one of the pillows had blood on it. We were told that there were no more clean quilts in the laundry room. My husband had to assist the hotel staff person in changing the sheets and pillow cases.

Clean but old The room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly but the hotel is very "used".
