Check in was easy...the grounds was very well kept..the staff was very helpful and they were very professional...i work at a chain of hotel's but i refuse to stay there...the hotel smelled fresh not musty..the room was clean and we had everything we needed...no sign of bugs or anything..i only came here for one night and now I'm going on day 3...looking to stay here monthly...i had a pleasant stay here and will return...they even ask if you enjoyed your stay....👍👍👍👍👍

In the morning....we had no power in our room on the outlets. Overhead lights and air worked. No hairdryer or tv. No coffee and the courtyard was dirty and benchess broke. For the cost i would have expected a little more pride in cleanliness and at the very least having coffee brewed. And trash cans were overflowing. Front desk ladies were very nice.

We had a couple minor issues after we checked in. once we reported the problem we were moved to a new room, staff was extremely helpful I would recommend this hotel. Very friendly front desk and the housekeeping staff was phenomenal and very friendly. Really made me and my family feel at home. Thanks so much miss yo yo you are a Jewel.
