Stay was good. Had to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch. Was handled immediately. No complaints

It's ok The staff was pleasant. Lobby looked good. The room had plenty of room but was not very clean, counter top was sticky, dishwasher was dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable. Minimum bathroom amenities. Breakfast offered included only a store bought muffin or granola bar. No access to print boarding pass. Was conveniently located near the airport, but no shuttle.

Disappointing The free WiFi is unusable, speeds average 0.5mbps download. To get usable WiFi you must purchase their Performance. In order to login to the WiFi, you must call their outsourced tech support company and have a technician manually add each device. Room cleaning never happened the full 25 days I spent at this facility. Hallways were consistently dirty along with the laundry room. There is a kitchen in the units, but they do not come equipped with any cooking utensils.
The room carpet was disgusting. The staff was non existent. I wouldn’t even call what they served “ breakfast “ it was oatmeal but no water to make it. Muffins ( and one day there were none) and granola bars. The pull out said it was a double but it wasn’t it was a twin. Shopping and food options around were good but that’s about it.
