Staff accommodated me because I’m handicapped. I thought they had a breakfast. Only muffins and oatmeal. Very disappointing. Microwave needed cleaned. But they gave me a coffeemaker upon request and Kleenex. For a 4 day stay, it was ok.

Great Customer Service I arrived to the hotel and the GM was very accommodating and got me a room so I can sleep.

Hotel staff Shamia was very professional, kind, respectful and courteous. She is an excellent employee. The only downside is when we walked into our room, 337.. it smelled of pine-sol or lysol. we know that it was clean but, perhaps they should lessen the pine-sol smells.. but, it was very clean!!! Maybe, they should use febreeze.. to cut down the insitutional smell of pine-sol

Everything was satisfactory, however the faucet to the shower was not working, which made it impossible to shower.

Ok but not very clean Price, location and staff were good but Extended Stay really means no housekeeping. The room was really worn out there were no dishes or silverware and I had to go down to housekeeping and get what I needed myself and carry it up. There were no sheets for the pull out so I called and asked them to bring it up but they never came so I had to go back down to housekeeping and get it myself.
