Kitchen sick leaked. Bathroom door was off track. Toilet only had 2 inches of water in the tank so would not flush properly. And feel like bed and couch should have been flipped due to the ac. Got really hot and uncomfortable while trying to go to sleep. And the whole entire building was shaking while we were trying to sleep.

The front desk person was not friendly at all. The room smelled. The bathtub was leaking so we had to close the door so we could not hear it. The toilet was not flushing correctly and the bathroom sink was plugged up.

Pretty bad hotel. Pretty bad smell throughout. Rooms not clean. Halls not clean. Filthy carpet. Food on elevator floor for three days - never cleaned up.

I would never stay at this hotel again! Roaches in my room, beds were hard as a rock. Broken window in the hallway. The laundry room leaked all into the hallway. Hair dryer didn’t work. All in all this hotel sucks.

Your hotel needs a floor to ceiling cleaning There were roaches in my room. In the kitchen and in my bed. The pillows were very cheap and did not help me sleep at all. The carpet was sticky. I was there to see family and did not have much choice due to budget. I know I will not be staying with you again. Please clean up your hotel. I saw you have families with children that stay there as well.

Toilet had urine and feces in upon arrival. No toilet paper. Lamp not working. Found bugs in room. Strange smell.
