Worst Experience It wasnt very clean room service did not come i guess cause i was staying 2 days and everything they give on your brochure they didnt even no pots no strainer, no coffee , no nothing the internet kept going off and since they dont allow smoking werid looking men stood out side all night i saw security 1 time not safe at all for female and staff was coughing umm they do kno we its covid right they didnt wear no make the housekeeping crew.

filthy, health hazard hotel StaThis hotel is a health hazard!!! Rooms wasn’t cleaned when arriving, hair in the drawers, filthy shower, not vacuumed as directly all over, even the sheets didn’t looked washed! STAY AWAY!!!! Calling the health department to close down that filthy hotel! They take no responsibility at all! Even hotels.com doesn’t! STAY AWAY!

Great but questionable I checked in, great friendly staff, went to get into my room and it qouldnt open. Went to the desk and ahe came up and was pretty much like "yeah the door is bent so when you close it dont let it latch, it looks open but noone will try and open it." Excuse me but no. Low and behold I couldnt switch rooms and i had to "bust" through my door anytime I left. There was a juice bottle under the bed and a toothpick besdie the bed. This place is the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There were numerous hairs in the toliet and tub. The floors had not been swept or mopped. when I walked across the floor barefoot my feet turned black. I had to use my own cleaning wipes to do an entire cleaning of this room before I could even use the restroom. It was disgusting. Is is unacceptable.

The room was full of roaches and they didn’t have another room to move us to so we got to pay $75 to end up sleeping in our truck at their parking lot

Staff is very unprofessional. Hotel has roaches. Deep cleaned my own room which was filled with past guests items left under bed and behind dressers that seems like is never moved when they clean.
