When we checking in, the property seemed a little rundown, but it was late and we were tired. When we went into our room, I immediately noticed that the towels had visible dirt on them. We also notoced that there was thick dust on the bed frame, the counters weren't clean and the beds had glitter on them. I called the front desk. They were very apologetic, and tried to cover by saying this room wasnt supposed to be marked as havisham's been cleaned. This hotel was seriously in need up a makeover. Carpets filthy with stains. Shower curtain to short for tub. Shower Water kept coming out. No soap dishes or toiletries etc available. Never again will I frequent this establishment.

Worst hotel , they cancel my reservation 1 hour before check in in a foreign country. Never helped for solutions

The stay was horrible. My self and a family member reached hotel a little after check on. So I go to the representative at the front desk give her my name and info fine. She swipes my card gives me the keys. We go upstairs and it’s a 1 bed ? I go to the girl and say my reservation was for two beds and 1 pull out Cousy . She goes oh yeah we changed your reservation at 2 pm.??
