Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were really sticky. And, we saw about 15 cockroaches in our room and bathroom.

The room was run down and out of date. The staff did not man the front desk and left us waiting for 20 minutes. The sheets smelled. The breakfast only had coffee and prepackaged muffins and granola bars.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever - bugs Man where do I start? We showed up to stay at the extended stay as we were going to a business conference. We walked in and the smell was the first thing I noticed. Mold and urine is the best way I can describe it. We check in and go to our room. It’s dark so we flip on the light and no less than 5 bugs scurry across the floor. We immediately leave the room and ask for a new room. They give us new room keys and we walk into the second room. The hotel was dirty and customer service was poor - you felt like you were bothering them. There was a spill in the elevator that was there for three days and no room cleaning.

The pull out couch had nasty stains on looking a lot blood stains, we had no shower curtain bathroom

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However the property is less than suitable. The linen, bathroom, carpet and kitchen are of a very low quality. I was very disappointed.

Do Not Stay Here The room condition was terrible - we had bugs that looked like little roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Will never stay there again!

Place is crappy, carpets are dirty, definitely not worth the amount of money I paid. Maybe a third of what I paid
