Stay Away if possible Noise noise noise! uncomfortable bed, staff act as if they wasn't concerned about it. We left in the middle of the night and didn't complete our stay.

First room smelled awful. Second room the hvac and fridge made a lot of noise at random times. Difficult to sleep. Had to shut hvac off.

When checking in, Vicky (working the front desk) had arguably the worst attitude i have ever seen. The photos of the room online were not even remotely close to what the room looked like. The entire hotel smelled terrible and the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. We left soon after checking in to find another place to stay.

Room looked nothing like the pictures when I booked. Room was not clean, smelled like smoke. We left as soon as we got there. Do not stay at this place, I have no clue how they have any starts.

Didn’t have our room ready on time, refused to give me any idea of when it would be ready, and when it finally was ready an hour later, no apologies for the inconvenience. No parking available anywhere except with valet which was another $35

We do apologize about your experience. I see that you checked in around 7pm; all of our rooms are ready by 4pm at the latest. We also do not have valet services and plenty of free available parking at the hotel. On our end there was no additional charges but the night's stay.
