Good location and well priced. Staff were friendly, but my main issue is the false advertising. They claim to have discounted gym rates with a local gym. I asked on check-in, and while everyone seemed to remember that being the case, they couldn’t tell me which gym it was. The hotel was nice, pretty much as expected. But the lady working the front desk was amazing. Wow talk about hospitality. I think her name was Cassandra, or at least that was the name on the card of the person who quality checked our room. She made the stay much better and really just went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. It was better quality of service than luxury hotels I’ve been at. More pleasant attitude than a regular motel. Convenient to downtown Charleston.
