It was just o.k. They didn't clean our room or give us new towels after the first night. There was no ice machines. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. It was safe and relatively clean though so it was fine.

Continental breakfast was disappointing. First room we were given was not clean. We were given another room though.

Charleston SC Front desk was nice and helpful. Beds were real firm. The room was clean bud did have a odor to it.

Anniversary Trip Everything was fine and the location great. However, the room offers free wi-fi, but to get wi-fi that actually lets you browse is a cost upgrade. This seems very nickle and dimeish and seems unnecessary. Charge enough for your rooms and provide functional wi-fi as one assumes they will get. That said, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Accessible and Affordable Basic room with long term amenities (full frig and two burner stove); comfortable bed and good heating and air. Lot's off available restaurants and shopping and easy access to the bridge over to downtown Charleston. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but nothing that required a call to the front desk. Breakfast is VERY basic--coffee/tea, instant oatmeal, grits, breakfast bars and muffins. Adequate for me but many expect more. Overall a pleasant stay.

Checked in around 1015p, took about 5min for clerk to attend the desk, she did apologize. Nothing standouts as far as service.
